We have developed a “new look” for the Being Held program and have expanded it to include a wider range of opportunities to engage and support you in the therapeutic process. We offer a program where you get to decide what you would like to do.
This program is for you and developed with you in mind.
For those who are new to the therapeutic process:
Sometimes, individual specialised therapy is the best option for you
Sometimes you may be too scared to come to sessions
Sometimes you are not sure who will be the right kind of person to support you
Sometimes you may just want to choose your own pathway
Sometimes you just want to come when you are ready
For those who are currently in therapy, but would like to try new things:
If you have an area of interest, which you would like to be explored and presented, please let me know and I will consider, plan, create and develop a program to explore some of your suggestions. I cannot wait to hear your thoughts, interests and ideas.
For those who have finished individual sessions (and may have moved forward), but still may be interested in writing, leading and/or facilitating components of the program.
If you may be ready to take your therapeutic journey to the next level and work alongside me in the development of this program (as part of your ongoing growth and development).
